Mark for Model Number LG WM2077CW had water on the floor. Showed leakage drips on front of machine. So I bought a door seal and tub bearings and seal. after got the washer apart, realized there was no leaks from the back, so did not change bearings and seal. Did change out the door seal. Putting back together, realized the dispenser assembly was the leaker. So ordered a new one. Marked all the hoses and put the new one in. Ran the washer and it did NOT pick up the soap, bleach or softener. Ran three cycles and still nothing. Thought maybe it was clogged somewhere inside , so bought a new dispenser from you all. Just put it in the eve and ran the machine and it still does not pick up the liquids. Get water in the tub, have checked connections, but NO soap.. What am I not doing ???
Answer Mark, Make sure that all the hoses are connected to the proper port as this would be the most likely cause for the dispenser to not get the soap out. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, June 19, 2023
