Sean F. for Model Number LG LSC26905TT The ice maker on my LG LSC26905TT will only dispense cubed ice. It will not dispense crushed ice. I replaced the solenoid that opens the dispenser with a new one from you. That did not fix the problem. When I select cube on the panel and press the dispenser, the solenoid activates and the cubes can fall. When the panel button is in crushed the solenoid does not activate so the ice can not come out. Would this be the control board?
Answer Sean, Yes this issue would most likely be caused by a faulty dispenser board if the unit door opens on the cube but not crushed and auger motor does not work on crushed.
