Junior for Model Number LSC27950ST My ice maker is not getting water. I replaced the filter, have good water pressure to the back of the refrigerator and water dispenser. The ice maker plastic arms cycle around cube tray when I turn it on and off. I'm thinking the water valve is bad?
Answer Hello Junior, I would put my test meter on ac voltage and put the leads across the water valve harness leads. Now force the icemaker to cycle and watch the meter for 120Vac. It will only appear for 7 seconds so you have to watch the meter during the entire cycle. If you never see the 120Vac, the icemaker points are not making electrically.
