Jeff, with the unit unplugged and as much of the water removed as possible, you may want to inspect the tub to pump hose, the drain pump housing, and the drain hose for any clogs. There will be a drain hose in the coin catch drain filter section that can be used to drain the water. If there is no water that will drain from the hose, then there is most likely a clog in the tub to pump hose that would need to be cleared. If the water drains, then that would indicate the tub to pump hose is clear enough to allow draining.
