Mike, You will want to check to make sure that the evaporator fan motor is running and make sure that the evaporator coils are not completely frosted up. If the fan is not running then check to make sure that there is 12 vdc getting to the fan motor and if there is then replace the fan. If the coils are completely frosted up then check to make sure that the defrost thermistor has the proper resistance and if it is good then check the heater and bimetal for continuity. If any are bad then replace them. If they are all good then the control board will be the issue. If the coils have very little frost and just like a little in the corner or a couple of rows down then stops then this will be a sealed system issue and will require service.
