Scott for Model Number LRE3194st/00 when i go to bake, broil, or any oven setting ... I can hear the relay come on the element will energize then about 10 to 20 seconds later the relay will click again and the heater will de-energize. it will continue to do this over and over.... then will f9 code sometimes... it will get warm in the oven... but not warm enough to cook. I was thinking to replace relay board and the sensor.
Answer Scott, There are a couple of possibilities that you can test to make sure you order the right part. The error code is saying oven not heating. So we will test the bake element and the temp sensor for resistance. If these tests pass then we will replace the control board. The temp sensor should read 1090 ohms of resistance at room temp give or take a little. The bake element should have a resistance of 16 to 17 give or take a little. Test these part at the part itself. You are hearing the relay clicking on the control but it could be damaged internally and not actually closing to allow voltage to the element. Read More...
