Jammi H for Model Number WM2487HRMA In the manual, it says that the water jets spray. They do not spray at all on my machine and one Sears tech says they should, and one Sears tech says they shouldn't. I want them to fix it correctly. Can you tell me if these water jets should in fact spray the load with water? The water seems to just be coming up from the bottom into a small pool. Thank you!
