Keith S for Model Number 795.77543600 I have a Kenmore elite, water dispenser is working OK in the door but there is no water going in through the water filter could this possibly be the water control valve or what would you may suggest it could be. Also the ice machine is working OK Just no water going to the filter.
Answer Keith, The water would be going through the filter head if the dispenser and icemaker are working and if there is no water going into the filter itself you will want to check to make sure that the filter is in all the way and if it is then the filter head would need replaced.
