Anna for Model Number RSG257AABP/XAA We believe for this model, we need AP4335198, tried to dispense ice and a spring fell through the ice funnel. Is there a video on how to install the part reference above. The spring that fell, appears to be the one that is depicted on the schematic for the part. Thanks for any input.
