Jeff for Model Number samsung refrigerator,ice maker issue The icemaker tray assembly fell out when a frozen dinner hit it.I snapped it back in,but there is a wire with a soft rectangular piece on the end that hangs down.The icemaker is making ice,but the cubes are not frozen all the way when it dumps them.Thanks
