Gary for Model Number RF217ACRS/XAA Your video shows and icemaker for a double door side-by-side. Mine is a lower freezer with the icemaker on the upper left. I has not been making ice for a while, when it did the ice was always wet and stuck to the ice bin below in the frozen water that came out of the icemaker when the ice dropped. what might be the issue. I have replaced the filter, but there is no water flow any longer.
