Melissa for Model Number WF337AAL My washer is 6 years old and the assay flange (spider) corroded and broke apart. It also cracked the rear housing where the sensor is located. I am assuming that the large chunks that broke off then got wedged in the back and broke. My question is.... Should I invest in the parts to replace this $400.00 on a 6yr old washing machine.......or just buy a new one. What is the next thing to break on this machine? I have heard people say drum support? or is there other things I should buy before they break (preventive maintenance). It bothers me to just throw it out as the washer/dryer set look like new condition.
