Chris for Model Number WF328AAW/XAA-0001 I have unclogged the drain hose on this machine multiple times because of the no drain error code and have found what seems to be either sediment build up or pieces of something from the machine. Just recently the machine was not filling and instead leaking all over the floor. I removed the back and discovered that where the drain tube connects to the plastic part of the drum assembly there is a large hole that has seemed to have been worn through. My guess is I need to replace this plastic part of the drum assembly, any other parts that may be affected? I am also not 100% sure on the model number because the numbers on my label inside the door have been worn off.
