Yas for Model Number SMH1816W/XAA-0000 I plug the microwave (Samsung SMH1816W/XAA-0000), display is good, after 4-5 seconds the house breaker resets. When I plug in again, it works same as before. It means works for 4-5 seconds and then breaker resents. I also smell a very light smoke. I opened the case, the fuses are fine and there is no loosen wire. I checked the thermostats, one has continuity (the one that is closer to the right side) and the one that is behind the first one has no continuity. I read that the second thermostat should be discontinued (if I am correct). Do you think the problem could be from the control board? And, have any idea what the part number is?
Answer Yas, With the unit tripping the breaker after being plugged in for 4 to 5 seconds then the issue will be caused by a faulty control board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, November 17, 2015
