Steve for Model Number NE58F9710WS/AA-0000 I replaced the display board DE96-01027a. When I power the oven back on, the display lights with the clock flashing, but I get no response from the touch keys. So it’s still unusable. Any ideas?
Answer Steve, Try pressing the cancel button to see if it clears and lets you select a cycle. If after that still has the same response I would kill power from the breaker and wait 5 minutes to reapply power and see if it clears.
