Pete for Model Number NE58F9500SS/AA One of my burners was acting up (getting extra hot) and then I smelled a burning plastic odor. A little later I heard a pop and the range went dead, i.e. wasn't working and no lights on control panel. I took off the front panel and found one of the cords on the range regulator had charred the plastic connector. Should I get just a new regulator or do I also need to order a Assy PCB main? Or something else? Thanks!
Answer Pete, A loose connection causes heat so that connector that melted could have had a bad connection. You could probably repair the wiring and reconnect. It probably tripped the breaker when the wire touched metal. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, August 28, 2020
