William for Model Number ne58f9500ss The front touch pad on my Samsung slide-in electric range is warm or hot to the touch even after oven and burners have been off overnight .It is still lighting up and functioning normally with all features working, but it is noticeably warm or hot to the touch. It is hottest in the middle and left side of the touch pad and less hot on the right half. What could be the cause of this?
Answer William, You will want to check the display board to make sure that there are good connections at the board and that there is nothing loose. If there is not then the display board would be the most likely cause unless there is something that is staying on when the oven is off. Read More...
