Case for Model Number NX58M5600SB/AA I have Samsung gas range. Its about 2-years old. My oven is sounding like an explosion when I turn it on. It goes through the preheat stage to ignite the gas and it takes approximately 60-seconds to light. I called Samsung and they sent a service repair on 2 occasions and so far they have been unable to fix the problem. It seems as if the ignitor is delayed in reaching the proper temperature to light the gas for the oven.
Answer Case, it would be recommended that the burner be inspected and cleaned as it is common for the burner ports to get residue accumulating and preventing the gas from reaching the ignitor properly. This can cause the gas to ignite in a delayed manner and cause this issue. From there, it would also be recommended that the ignitor is checked to ensure it is lined up properly on the burner.
