J Gregory for Model Number RSG257AAPN/XAA The ice maker is not working properly. The ice tray will not fill up completely with water. The water freezes but the maker will not make ice without being reset. Is the ice maker defective or could it be another problem. How quickly do your parts ship? Thanks, Greg
