Del for Model Number RSG257AARS/XAA-0000 Samsung RSG257AARS ice maker stopped working. Part: DA97-11092B mfr. 2012 When I hold the reset button, it will drop the ice that's in the tray, fill the tray with water, and then the arm moves down then up. However, I cannot get this to consistently work every time I push the reset button. Sometimes it works on the first try, other times I will have to wait a few days and then it will drop again. Also, it seems like the water fill during the ice reset only fills the tray half way. Is it safe to say the ice maker needs to be replaced, or is there anything else I should test? Thanks!
