Hello Kelly, In cases like this, it is always advisable to check for air flow issues. The cold air has to get to the area that is not freezing or it cannot get any colder. Check for proper loading of the unit and for any frost build-up on the cold coils that may indicate a defrost issue. Make sure the evaporator fan motor in the freezer compartment is running and the damper is allowing air to pass into the fresh food side. Also make sure the air return at the bottom is not blocked.
