Ur Wackyness for Model Number Samsung model# NX58J5600SG/AA Serial# OCY77DDM602546B Am trying to go from PROPANE back to NATURAL GAS on this Samsung 5 Burner Range...I know Samsung does not sell a kit but makes you buy the burner cups with the orifices already installed at over $400 (insult to customer)...I know that the LP orifices that are in it now(or a new $2 blank orifice) can be drilled out to the correct hole diameter because the Natural Gas orifice hole is larger than the LP Gas orifice hole...I also know somewhere...somebody has access to the INFORMATION OF THE ORIGINAL NATURAL GAS SAMSUNG ORIFICE HOLE DIAMETERS FOR EACH BURNER...that it originally shipped from the factory with either listed in a service/repair manual of some kind...OR...because they actually measured them and wrote it down...OR...somewhere...someone has the old ones they took out and can share the numbers STAMPED on the orifice (or pictures)...OR measure them with a numbered drill set and post the information here for the BENEFIT OF ALL MANKIND) (or at least the ones with the same problem) thus becoming a hero to all us being ripped off by Samsung
Answer Ur Wackyness, We do not have the hole size or the number on the orifice but we do have the BTU information that you may be able to take to a gas supplier and they may be able to match the orifices you need. The Right front burner is 17,000 BTU, the Right rear is 5,000 BTU, the Center Oval is 9,500 BTU, the left rear is 9,500 BTU and the left front is 15,000 BTU, the broil burner is 13,500 BTU and the bake burner is 18,000 BTU.
