Johnc for Model Number WF317AAG/XAA My washer has stopped draining, but when going through Quick Test, it would sometimes turn on and drain (no noise or grinding, just nice and smooth operation). I've already replaced drain pump, and it was working fine for months. The drain pump works fine on a bench, so I know that's ok. I took a volt meter to pin 1 on CN5 and pin 6 on CN10 on the PCB, and I am getting 120V, but I'm not getting voltage to the drain pump when doing a drain pump test. Any ideas, please? I'd like to keep this thing alive a little bit longer!
Answer JohnC, If you have 120 Vac coming off the control board in the drain test but no power getting to the pump then you will want to check the wiring as this would be the most likely cause for this issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, April 28, 2020
