Steve for Model Number RS267DRS/XAA Getting no water or ice, motor for opening to let cubes drop in to be crushed ice in ice auger assembly runs constantly. Water control valve measures 39 ohms was told should be 80 replaced with new control valve which also measures 39 ohms. Checked my ohm meter with an employees to verify mine.Replaced control board no difference. Replaced control panel, water light lights up now did not before replacement. Filter has been replaced, there is water coming to control valve. ?
Answer Steve, You will want to check the wiring harness at the top of the door to make sure that the harness is not damaged and there are no loose connections.
