Victor G for Model Number DV448AEP/XAA-0000 For a while my dryer would not stay running on any of the programs only way I could use it was on the timed dry. Now it stopped heating. Thinking I possibly have two issues but would like to figure it out so I can at least use my dryer again. I will never spend this much on a dryer again.
Answer Victor, You will want to test your thermostats for continuity. If any have no continuity then they are faulty. You also have a thermistor that you will need to check the resistance on and if not within tolerance then replace the thermistor. Also test the heater to make sure that it is good. Read More...
