Jeff for Model Number DV350AEW/XAA-0000 Our dryer looks like it is working, but the drum doesn't turn, the blower doesn't move any air and the heater doesn't heat. When we start it, the display looks like it is running. It goes through the whole cycle in about 2 minutes and looks and signals its done. No error message is displayed. Took the top off, the belt is intact. I can hear contacts pick up when it starts but nothing starts moving.
Answer Hello Jeff. Check the thermal fuse [DC47-00016A] and see if it is bad in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
