Jackie My Samsung top load washer that is less than 3 months old, and will not fill with water. Lights come on and it tries to pump water out, and seems like it wants to work. It is located in a laundry room at a small resort on Sanibel. Which they consider a commercial business, so I have to figure this out. WA45N3050AW/A4 is the model number. What part do you suggest?
Answer Jackie, you will want to test the valve for 120VAC when the unit is supposed to be filling with water. If the valve is receiving 120VAC, and the water is verified as being on and there are no clogged valve screens, then the water valve has failed and would need to be replaced. The hot water valve would be part number DC62-30314V and the cold water valve is part number DC62-00311F. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 10, 2019
