He checked the main circuit board and bugs got in it and he said i needed a new circuit board, warrenty doesn'y cover bugs getting into the board. What circuit board will fit this model
Byron September 21, 2020 for Model Number WA45N3050AW/A4 Unit will not fill with water. Replaced water valves and water level switch. Still no water. Verified water valves are turned on and working. Verified inline screens are clean. Checked voltage at water valves when its supposed to be filling. No voltage is present. Is there any diagnostics for the control board ? Thank you.
Dave September 20, 2020 for Model Number WA456DRHDSU/AA-0001 I have WA456DRHDSU/AA-0001 and it works fine except when using the quick wash cycle when it starts to spin it always starts knocking as it is out of balanced and even getting the DC code. If you use it on any other mode it appears to work fine. Any idea of which part? Thanks Dave
1 Answer Hello Dave, the Quick wash cycle is just a shorter (time wise) wash cycle. The clothes load has less time to distribute evenly in the basket and may give more of a slightly unbalanced load just before spin cycle.You want to check the tub damper struts at this point. Read More...

Jackie July 10, 2019 My Samsung top load washer that is less than 3 months old, and will not fill with water. Lights come on and it tries to pump water out, and seems like it wants to work. 1 Answer Jackie, you will want to test the valve for 120VAC when the unit is supposed to be filling with water. If the valve is receiving 120VAC, and the water is verified as being on and there are no clogged valve screens, then the water valve has failed and would need to be replaced. Chris M November 26, 2018 for Model Number WA456DRHDSU/AA-0002 Cycle will not start - locking assembly will not engage. Power to unit is fine. Had a technician come out and diagnosis of failed lock assembly. Ordered and replaced with DC34-00025E. Did not fix the issue of cycle will not start only after 10-20 tries. Experience is the same as it was prior to replacing the part.

Anthony January 21, 2017 for Model Number Model #WA456DRHDSU/AA-0002 SAMSUNG My washer displays error code 3E after about 15 minutes of no activity once a cycle is selected and started. The motor does not attempt to drive at all. I replaced the hall sensor and this did not fix the problem. It is still displaying the 3E error code after about 15 minutes. When manually spun the motor does turn the agitator with no resistance. What should my next attempt be at fixing this washer?
