Joe for Model Number WA400PJHDWR/AA-0001 My washer fills up but will not spin. When I turn it to the spin and/or rinse cycle, the water drains but does not go to the next step. Motor went bad and is now replaced. All other pieces are in working order. Would you have an idea of the problem?
Answer Hello Joe. Test for power to the motor. If none is there, and the unit is in spin cycle, you will need to order and replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
