Mike for Model Number WA400PJHDWR/AAA Washer will always turn on, will frequently not start, until ~15th attempt. Must turn on, hit start, nothing happens, turn off, turn on, repeat. Once it does start, sometimes a cycle will complete, sometimes it won't, getting stuck at some point during the cycle. Seems to be random.
Answer Mike, more than likely there is a key that is sticking or the main control is faulty. If you can press each of the keys and they engage, then you would look towards the main control [DC92-01021B] being the issue.
