Linda for Model Number NX58F5500SS/AA-0000 I purchased range on 4-10-16. Touch screen just gives an "Error" notice, unplugged many times, no results, has other purchasers had this problem? Does this happen on two year old ranges? Are there other factors that cause this to happen? Such as, electrical surges? Will surge protectors help this issue to not occur again? Also, what part should I purchase to replace? We purchase Samsung ranges for all of our properties, and if I am going to have to fix this every two years, this would be unreliable, and I would have to change brands.
