Msmith November 15, 2020 for Model Number samsung gas range nx58f5500ss Turned the oven on yesterday but ignitor would not work. Next tried to broiler dinner instead but broiler ignitor would not work either. Now I noticed when I opened the door the over light flickering and now went off. Can't find an appliance repair facility that will come out and fix it. Any suggestions?

If the keypad will respond properly, then the most likely issue is going to be the main control DE92-02588G as it is responsible for distributing voltage to the entire oven assembly. This can be verified by checking the voltage output at the main control at the bake and broil relay. Linda May 21, 2018 for Model Number NX58F5500SS/AA-0000 I purchased range on 4-10-16. Touch screen just gives an "Error" notice, unplugged many times, no results, has other purchasers had this problem? Does this happen on two year old ranges? Are there other factors that cause this to happen? Such as, electrical surges? Will surge protectors help this issue to not occur again? Also, what part should I purchase to replace? We purchase Samsung ranges for all of our properties, and if I am going to have to fix this every two years, this would be unreliable, and I would have to change brands.
