Anicca for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA-0001 Hello, my fridge throws an error E23 code when runnning the self-diagnostics, which seems to point to condenser fan problem. We check the voltage coming into the condenser fan motor while the compressor was running and there is very little voltage (0.1vdc). What could be the problem? Thank you!
