Maria for Model Number RF263TEAESRAA Samsung refrigerator The refrigerator only cools to 44 degrees after a lot of noise. I can see ice on the holes of the inside panels. I have been told that I need to replace the PCB (don't know what that is) and the evaporator sensor, parts and labor $530.00. Can't afford it, no job because of Covid. Where can I get the parts and have someone else do it. The person who checked it only looked inside the fridge and gave me the diagnosis.
Answer Maria, The part number for the main control board that would be needed is DA92-00384A and the sensor will be part number DA32-10104N. The main control board will be located on the back of the unit and to change this you will pull the unit out, remove the big panel on the left middle of the back and disconnect the refrigerator from the wall. Once this is done you would disconnect the wires from the old board and install it on the new board. For the sensor, you would need to take all the shelving out of the unit and remove the center back panel by taking the screws loose at the bottom and one at the center top of the center rail. The sensor will have yellow wires and will be attached to the evaporator which is the silver piece behind the wall. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, July 2, 2020
