Brian for Model Number WF42H5600AW/A2-00 Hello. My washer is filling fine on both hot and cold but I keep getting the 4E error code when it gets to the point where the water should probably shut off. The code comes up and then the washer drains. Could this be a bad water level switch? Thanks.
Answer Brian, it would be recommended that the pressure hose is inspected for any clogs or pinholes as this can prevent the pressure sensor DC96-01703G from being able to detect water properly. If the pressure hose is good, the failure would likely be in the sensor if the wire connections are inserted fully and there are no pinched wires. Read More...
