Karen C for Model Number WF457ARGSGR/AA Our washer has a 3E error code that comes up. Under it it says A motor problem. too many suds are detected during the wash session. the unit if put on hold until the amount of suds have been reduced. The unti will then go back to operating. when it finishes washing the'End' and 'suds' codes will blink in turn. We did some googling and 3E says that the halls sensor could be the culprite so we replaced that but it didn't make a difference. we try any wash cycle and it will start, it will drain water out, it will pump in water, start to aggitate the cycle and then just stop. It will sit for a few minutes then get the error code. So the motor seems to work becuase it does aggitate and the drum moves easily and freely. We are wondering if its the water level pressure sensor?
Answer Karen, You will want to try to put the unit into a clean cycle and run the unit. It sounds like you may have detergent build up that is causing the unit to get too many suds. Also, make sure that you are using HE detergent. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, December 7, 2021
