Hello James, You need to remove the ice bin and tape the door switch closed and hit the button for ice dispense while holding the motor coupling. If it hums but doesn't turn, the motor is most likely frozen up. Aim a hair dryer at the motor for about 15 minutes and retry it. If this causes it to turn, set the freezer setting to a warmer position. It the motor turns but the coupler does not, the coupler and motor will need to be replaced. If it turns without a problem, the issue in in the crusher bin. This issue will have to be determined by simply fiddling with it to locate the issue. If everything seems to be working, check that the ice door opens when the dispense button is activated. The issue could be the mechanical linkage, the ice door solenoid, or the ice dispense control board.
