Ron for Model Number RF197ACWP/XAA Our Samsung fridge is a year old and the icemaker has quit working. 2 months ago I installed a inline filter which worked great until we shut off the icemaker for 2 weeks and then turned it on with no ice. What do you think happened?
Answer Ron, There is a test button that is on the icemaker that you can push and see if the icemaker goes through a cycle. If the icemaker cycles then the issue will be caused by a faulty icemaker.
