Jimmy G. Ice cubes are broken and also formed into large frozen masses in the ice bin. Will replacing the icemaker solve this problem or could it be an electronic (board) problem?
Answer Hello Jimmy, This is normally an indication of either the unit operating at too low a temperature and/or a harvest issue with the icemaker.
