Gail R for Model Number RF220NCTAWW/-AA Ice maker was leaking water underneath fridge, we turned off the water going in to fridge. What do you suggest that we replace? Also after water was turned off that stopped the water on the floor but no ice of course.please give part #.
Answer Hello Gail. Check all the water lines and the valve and locate the leak. If the unit leaks with the water turned off, then you have a drain issue.
