Tim for Model Number RF28HFEDTBC/AA Top ice maker repeating gets those ice jams on the side and frost on bottom of ice maker. I have sealed any cracks that may let ref. air into ice maker section, have replaced ice shut gasket. What else can I do to fix this on going problem.
Answer Tim, Unfortunately the only thing that would cause this issue would be that there is still an air leak somewhere on the icemaker compartment. Sealing the crack next to the wall in the ice compartment and changing seal would be the only things we are aware of to do other than making sure that the ice door is closing all the way.
