Nick for Model Number RF217ACWP My ice maker has never made cubes . It was replaced in wrannuty it only makes cracked up ice. I have checked temp right on -2. I have tryed as low as-8 same thing. The service man give up the four call and the whole refigereator was replaced. I have the kind of ice maker that twists to harvest. Can you give me any answers. Thanks nich
Answer Nick, Normally the ice cracking will be caused by either the temperature being too cold or the tray having an issue with it.
