Josh for Model Number rf261beaesr/aa The ice bin in the freezer keeps overfilling, so that each time the freezer is opened, ice cubes tumble into the bottom of the freezer and out onto the floor. I replaced the Ice Cub Bucket but that did not stop the issue. I see what appears to be the shutoff arm, but it sits way higher than it would seemingly need to actually hit ice beneath it. Do I need to replace the whole assembly? Or is there some sort of reset or calibration process? Thanks! Josh
Answer Josh, Since we know the ice maker works the only thing that senses how much ice is in the bin is the arm that moves every time a new batch of ice is made and is not able to be ordered by itself, the whole ice maker would need to be replaced.
