Randy for Model Number RFG298HDRS/XAA The lower/freezer ice maker stopped making ice. Prior to it completely stopping making ice, I would have to push the test/reset button about every 2 to 3 weeks in order for it to make ice. It would then make ice for a while and I would repeat pushing the test/reset button. The occasional pushing of the test/reset button went on for many months. It finally totally stopped working. When I removed the ice maker the ice tray was over-filled with ice. I replaced the ice maker with part # DA97-05037D. After replacing the old with the new unit the ice ice maker still did not work. Pushing the test/reset button has no effect (no noise, no water, nothing). Any advice/help with this issue will be appreciated.
