Jack for Model Number RF265AAWP how do i remove the bottom door and shelve to repair or replace the ice maker? My frig is not like the one on the video
Answer Jack, the tilting pocket and tilting supports would need to be removed from the freezer door first. From there, the bottom freezer bin can be removed to access the door mounting bracket screws to remove them from where they connect the bracket to the sliding rails. The bottom of the door will rotate forward and the door can then lift up and be set aside. The top freezer bin will then slide fully forward and a flat screwdriver will insert into the bin gap at the back on each side to lift up and then the bin can be removed.
