Stuart R for Model Number RF268ABRS After removing the ice tray to break up some icecube clumping was unable to return tray all the way in. Removed tray entirely before but never had trouble returning to sleeve.
Answer Stuart, There may be a problem with the auger not being lined up with the coupler or the arm for the solenoid may be out of position. You will want to check the arm of the ice bin that goes into the motor housing to make sure that it is not bent and check to make sure that there is nothing obstructing it to slide in place.
