Dave for Model Number Samsung RB215LASH/XAA My Samsung refrigerator seems to get stuck in defrost mode. Although the display shows the correct setpoint temperatures, both freezer and fridge sides are 30-40 degrees too warm. When I unplug the fridge and plug it back in, it seems to reset and both sides cool properly for about 12 hours until it gets stuck again. I understand that the display shows actual temps when it is cooling, but shows the setpoints when it is in defrost mode. After unplugging/plugging the fridge, the correct (warm) temperatures are displayed. What is causing this problem?
Answer Hello Dave. It sounds like the main control board DA41-00293A needs to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 13, 2014
