Deerends for Model Number 2 door commercial freezer I built a room to cool off smoked meats, I installed a freezer's cooling system minus the defroster and the temperature control got bent and then hissed so it no longer works. Currently I have a switch to turn the unit on and it starts the compressor and the fans run. The problem is it does not get cold like it did when I removed it from the commercial freezer. It only has to run for an hour or so for the meat to cool and I do not intend on running it long periods. What is up, does the temperature control need to be in the system or is it something else
