Andy for Model Number WF330ANW/XAA When I power on the washer, the door lock latch clicks a bunch of times then displays LO. Previous answers suggest replacing the door lock mechanism is likely the key. The problem is that the washer is locked closed. How do you get it open manually to get access to replace the lock?

Answer Hello Andy, The "LO" code indicates a door unlock failure. The door lock assembly will have to be replaced if there is no harness/connection issues.
