Luna for Model Number WF448AAW/XAA During a normal wash cycle, the washer drained almost completely and partially wrung out the clothes. It pinged an unable to drain error. I removed the clothes and manually drained all of the water using the drain hose by the front filter. I started a spin only cycle, and it ran normally, including spinning the tub. After the cycle finished, I ran a Rinse and Spin cycle. It ran properly until it reached the drain portion of the spin cycle, The washer stopped and would not advance past that point in the cycle and the timer. I manually drained it again, ran the spin cycle successfully again, then ran the Rinse and Spin cycle with the same result as before. What is causing my issue? Thanks.
Answer Luna, Thanks for the question!!! It is likely a failed drain pump but you may also want to make sure there are no blockages (any stuck) in the pump or the drain lines. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Saturday, September 3, 2022
